5. Active Alignment
Simply acting enthusiastically without rhyme or reason isn’t going to add practical value to your day-to-day life. If you don’t act in alignment with the newfound positive thoughts you’ve added to your daily thought patterns, you won’t be fully aligning with the blessings you seek to introduce into your life.
For example, imagine that you verbally committed to keeping a secret for someone. The commitment being expressed verbally is around half of the picture. But if you immediately begin spreading this person’s secret, you have still forfeited the trust you built with them when you made the promise.
